År efter år fejrer vi biskoppen Sankt Morten som måtte tilsidesætte sin ydmyghed, og lade sig “krone” som biskop da han blev forrådt af gæs. Hos os hylder vi dagen ved at servere vores Mortens-aften menu kreeret af kokkene, med nøje udvalgte råvarer.

Menuen i år vil bestå af:

Velkomst drink i pejsestuen

Hovedret: Andesteg med klassisk garniture bestående af brune og hvide kartofler,
hjemmelavet rødkål, sauce og surt

Dessert: En vidunderlig æbledessert med letpisket flødeskum og knas.
