Højhuset’s newly renovated rooms and apartments are located in the former student tower, dating back to the building’s time as a folk high school.
The listed architecture has been carefully preserved and combined with a simple, contemporary design.

The bathroom and toilet are located just outside the room and are shared with a maximum of two other rooms.
