Det skal være sjovt at gå på arbejde!

Glade medarbejdere har det sjovere, er mere produktive og mindre stressede.

Medierne flyder over med historier om pressede mennesker, der siger jobbet op uden at vide, hvad fremtiden skal bringe. Eller mennesker, der beholder jobbet rent fysisk, men kun lige passer det, og så heller ikke mere – i dag også kendt som ”quiet quitting”. Eller mennesker, der slet og ret bliver sygemeldt med stress, fordi tempoet har været for højt for længe.

Hvorfor ikke være en af dem, der går glad på arbejde og går hjem med overskud?

I dette foredrag får du viden om, hvorfor trivsel på arbejdet er så vigtig. Krydret med eksempler fra den virkelige verden får du viden om, hvad stress er, hvad der giver stress, hvornår det er OK at være lidt stresset, og hvornår det ikke er det. Samtidig kigger vi nærmere på, hvordan man er en god kollega, og hvad du selv kan gøre for at få et stressfrit arbejdsliv. Det hele serveres uden løftede pegefingre og med et glimt i øjet.
