




The Dining Hall
The Dining Hall is Højhuset's informal restaurant, serving breakfast, communal dining and private events.
Meals are prepared using Danish, organic and locally sourced ingredients that reflect the changing seasons. When in season, produce from Højhuset's greenhouses and kitchen gardens is also used in the kitchen.
Communal dining
Communal dinner every Monday and Wednesday at 6.00 pm.
A vegetarian menu is served on Mondays, while Wednesdays feature a menu with meat and seasonal vegetables.
The menu is published on the Wednesday before on Facebook and Instagram.
Practical Information
Adult: 140 kr.
Child (4–10 years): 65 kr
Child (0–3 years): Free
The meal is served at the long red tables, and the communal dinner begins with a song from the Danish Folk High School Songbook.
