P\u00e5 Barista Bootcamp f\u00e5r du en introduktion til kaffens verden. Hvad er kaffe, hvor dyrkes den, og hvorfor smager den, som den g\u00f8r?<\/p>\n

Du l\u00e6rer at brygge espresso og steame cremet m\u00e6lk til din flat white. Gennem hands-on \u00f8velser f\u00e5r du de basale f\u00e6rdigheder og selvsikkerheden til at st\u00e5 bag en espressomaskine \u2013 hjemme eller i en caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Jeg hedder Martin.<\/p>\n

Jeg har arbejdet professionelt med smag og f\u00f8devarer siden 1998, men kaffen har v\u00e6ret mit hovedfokus siden 2006, hvor jeg startede\u00a0Dynamo Kaffe.<\/p>\n

For mig handler mit arbejde ikke kun om kaffe.<\/p>\n

Det handler om\u00a0nysgerrighed<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 om at forst\u00e5, hvorfor noget smager, som det g\u00f8r. Om at turde stille sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og hele tiden fors\u00f8ge at g\u00f8re ting en lille smule bedre.<\/p>\n

I kafferisteriet p\u00e5 \u00c6r\u00f8 rister jeg kaffe fra sm\u00e5b\u00f8nder og kooperativer rundt om i verden, og arbejder p\u00e5 at formidle kaffe p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, der er\u00a0tydelig, nede p\u00e5 jorden og nem at forst\u00e5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jeg er ikke optaget af at g\u00f8re ting komplicerede. Jeg er optaget af at g\u00f8re dem\u00a0klare og brugbare<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r nogle redskaber, du kan tage med dig, ogs\u00e5 efter kurset.<\/p>\n

I dette forl\u00f8b h\u00e5ber jeg, vi kan v\u00e6re nysgerrige sammen. At du t\u00f8r stille sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og f\u00e5 lyst til at unders\u00f8ge ting lidt grundigere \u2013 uanset om det handler om kaffe, smag eller noget helt tredje.<\/p>\n
